2005 Battle Of Trafalgar Five Pound Brilliant Uncirculated Mint Pack Coin
In 2005, to mark the 200th anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar, The Royal Mint produced a special pair of commemorative Crowns. This one commemorates the Battle itself, presented through a reverse design by Clive Duncan. It shows Nelson's flagship - Victory - in full sail during its historic 'meeting' with the combined French and Spanish fleet. The obverse bears Ian Rank-Broadley's effigy of Elizabeth II. The coin is here presented in the decorated Royal Mint pack, richly illustrated and full of information and an account of Trafalgar. The coin itself is a cupronickel issue, struck to brilliant uncirculated standard befitting of a commemorative Crown. Its sister coin commemorates Horatio Nelson personally, and both are available in a popular BU set. This pre-owned Trafalgar £5 is ready to mark the major 200th anniversary in your British coin collection. System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String] System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String]
