The design is completed by a background engraving of Martian Manhunter™ in flight. The reverse shows the Ian Rank Broadley portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as well as the denomination and year of issue. The superhero from Mars, whose real name is J'onn J'onzz, is characterized by telepathic abilities and the gift of changing his appearance through the power of thought.
