The coin was struck from one kilo of 99.9% pure silver and gets its unique look from an elaborate **antique finish**. A rare, certified moon meteorite is embedded in the coin, which makes each of those coins a worldwide rarity. The motive shows an astronaut, the Apollo 11 lunar module and the famous footprint on the surface of the moon. Additionally, the inscription "50 YEARS OF MOON LANDING" is featured. The reverse of the coin shows the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the year of issue 2019 and the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "NIUE" and "50 DOLLARS". Each coin was provided with an individual numbering, which can be found on the edge of the coin.
