Leia Organa™ was the daughter of Anakin Skywalker™ and Padmé Amidala™ and the twin sister of Luke Skywalker™. Raised as the adoptive child of Bail Organa, she became the Princess of Alderaan. She joined the Rebellion Alliance to fight against the Empire and was later appointed the Senator of the New Republic and General of the Resistance. During her time as a fighter for the Rebellion, she met her future Husband in law Han Solo™. The coin was struck by the **New Zealand Mint** from one ounce of 99.9% silver in proof quality. The special feature of this coin is its special shape in "Chibi Art" style. Chibi figures are characterized by their disproportionately large head and a relatively small body.
