The reverse features the federal eagle, the twelve stars of Europe, the inscription 'BUNDESREPUBLIK DEUTSCHLAND' and the year 2015. Depending on which mint issued the coin, another mintmark is depicted (A = Berlin, D = Munich, F = Stuttgart, G = Karlsruhe and J = Hamburg).
