He is a light being and the angel of prophecy and revelation. Through his revelations, he often gives people light in dark moments. The motive of the **proof silver coin** features an image, that was originally a stained-glass painting in the Church of St Mary in Mortehoe, England. The picture was painted in 1890 and shows Uriel as a youth with a halo. In his hands he holds a stylized sun and his wings are made of the leaves of sunflowers. The reverse shows in its center a 'U' in which there is a fire bowl. Under the bowl with the blazing flames the year 2018 is shown. The richly decorated motive is framed by the words **"REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH"** and '10 **EURO**'. The ornaments are pictured on this coin in the color.
