### Queen Elizabeth II - 100th Birthday - Set 3 x 1 oz Silver - Proof, Color and Gilded - 99.99% pure Silver - Limited Mintage only 2,000 sets - With Certificate of Authenticity - Delivery in original Box In honor of the **100th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II**, The Perth Mint has issued this set comprising three silver coins, each struck from **1 ounce of 99.99% pure silver** in proof quality. The designs of the three coins included in the set have been artistically crafted and vividly reflect key milestones and symbols of Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. The **proof silver coin** features five official portraits of Queen Elizabeth II, representing different eras of her more than 70-year reign. The design is complemented by significant royal insignia such as St Edward’s Crown, the Sovereign’s Orb and Sceptre, along with floral elements of Australia’s national emblem, the golden wattle, symbolising the nation’s connection to the Commonwealth. The **gilded silver coin** presents a classic design featuring a lion and a kangaroo - a tribute to the historic relationship between the United Kingdom and Australia. This design is based on the famous 1954 florin, commemorating the Queen’s first visit to Australia. Both the motive and the coin’s rim have been **enhanced with 24-carat gold**. The **silver coin in color** depicts Queen Elizabeth II wearing the iconic "Wattle Dress" from her 1954 tour of Australia. The background includes stylised representations of wattle blossoms as well as references to the famous wattle brooch presented to her during that visit. The inscription "H.M. QUEEN ELIZABETH II 100th ANNIVERSARY2 appears on each of the three coins, highlighting the significance of this commemorative issue. All three coins feature the portrait of **King Charles III** on the reverse, along with details of denomination, weight and fineness. Elizabeth II was born on 21 April 1926 as Elizabeth Alexandra Mary of the House of Windsor in London. She ascended the throne on 6 February 1952 at the age of 25 and was crowned Queen on 2 June 1953 at Westminster Abbey. She was the constitutional monarch of 16 sovereign states known as the "Commonwealth Realms", including their territories and dependencies, Head of the Commonwealth of Nations comprising 53 countries, and Supreme Governor of the Church of England. Queen Elizabeth II was the longest-reigning monarch in British history and the first ever to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee. She passed away at the age of 96, surrounded by close family members at Balmoral Castle in Scotland. Following her passing, her son, King Charles III, succeeded to the throne. Limited to 2,000 sets worldwide, the **3 oz silver coin set commemorating the 100th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II** is delivered in the original box by The Perth Mint including a certificate of authenticity.
