### Echoes of Australian Fauna - Lesser Bilby (2.) 1 Oz Silver - Black Nickel - Gilded - Proof - 2nd Issue of the 3-Coin Series Echoes of Australian Fauna - 99,9% Silver - Gilded - Eye-catching Coin Design - Mintage only 5,000 pieces - Numbered Certificate - In original Box with Certificate of Authenticity All three silver coins of the series '**Echoes of Australian Fauna**' are nickel- and selectively gold-plated. This second issue is dedicated to the rabbit-like marsupial Lesser Bilby (Macrotis leucura) which was an inhabitant of Australia’s driest deserts and recorded as a living animal on just a handful of occasions between its discovery in 1887 and its extinction in the 1950s. The marsupial is gilded on this amazing coin design, while the black nickel plating emphasizes the natural habitat. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions 'AUSTRALIA', '2019', 'ELIZABETH II' and '5 DOLLARS'. This **black nickel plated and selective gold plated silver coin** is limited to only 5,000 pieces worldwide. The coin comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity of the Royal Australian Mint in the original coin case.
