### Silver Eagle - American Wildlife (4.) - Jaguar 1 Oz Silver - Uncirculated - in Color - 4th Issue of the "American Wildlife" Series - 1 Ounce 99.9% Silver - Mintage only 2,500 pieces - Delivery in Capsule with Product Card The fourth issue of the Silver Eagle series **"American Wildlife"** is dedicated to the **Jaguar** (Panthera onca). The colored motive depicts a detailed close-up of the head of a jaguar. The year of issue 2022 and a detail of the American flag can be seen on the lower edge of the coin. On the right site of the jaguar is the inscription "The Jaguar". The reverse depicts the American bald eagle, the denomination "ONE DOLLAR" and the weight and fineness "1 OZ. FINE SILVER". The **Jaguar** is the largest predatory cat in America and belongs to the family of cats (Felidae) and the subfamily of big cats (Pantherinae). They resemble leopards (Panthera pardus) especially due to their extraordinary fur coloring, but the latter live on a different continent. Adult jaguars have practically no natural enemies and are among the apex predators in their territory. While the jaguar's habitat once spanned the entire American continent, from Texas to Argentina, its range has now been greatly reduced. Continued deforestation of the rainforest and illegal poaching led to the classification of the big cats as an endangered species. The **American Wildlife - Jaguar Silver Eagle coin in color** is delivered in a protective capsule including an illustrated product card. \* This coin has been colored by a private company.
