In 2021, the American Silver Eagle appeared for the first time since the launch of the coin in a new appearance. Created by AIP designer Emily Damstra, it features a majestic bald eagle that appears to be coming in for a landing, holding an oak branch in its talons. Framing the eagle are the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "ONE DOLLAR - 1OZ. FINE SILVER". The second coin features the old Silver Eagle design, as well as the **classic "Walking Liberty" motive in color** on the reverse. The inscriptions "LIBERTY", "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "2021" are also included. The **limited 35th Anniversary American Silver Eagle set in new design** is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity.
