### Australian Koala - 2025 - ANA Coin Show Special 1 oz Silver - Uncirculated - Special edition for the ANA Coin Show Oklahoma 2025 - 2025 Australian Koala design - Limited Mintage only 2,500 pieces - Delivery in blistercard with ANA logo This **Australian Koala special edition** was issued by The Perth Mint to honor the **ANA Money Fair**, taking place in Oklahoma City from 19 to 23 August 2025. The **Perth Mint** has been releasing the **Australian Koala coin** annually since 2007, each year featuring a new design. Struck from one ounce of 99.99% pure silver, the 2025 motive depicts a koala perched on the branch of a eucalyptus tree. The design also includes the inscriptions “KOALA” and “2025 1 oz 9999 SILVER”. A **colored privy mark featuring a bison** has been integrated to honor the largest land mammal in North America and highlight the host city of the 2025 ANA Coin Show. Alongside the kangaroo, the koala is one of the most iconic representatives of Australia’s wildlife and is widely loved for its cute appearance. Although koalas may seem solitary at first glance, they actually live within a well-structured social system. Each animal occupies its own territory, which includes designated feeding and resting trees. Koalas feed exclusively on the nutrient-poor leaves of eucalyptus trees and are highly selective: out of approximately 600 eucalyptus species in Australia, they accept only a small number as food. The limited **Koala Expo special release** is delivered in an illustrated blistercard specially themed for the ANA Coin Fair.
