### Australia Zoo - Archie (1.) 1 Oz Silver - Frosted Uncirculated - Mintage only 3,000 Coins struck ! - 1st Issue of the Australia Zoo Series - In original Blistercard of the Royal Australian Mint On 1 October 2015 the Australia Zoo proudly introduced the dingo puppy Archie and his two sisters Eve and Jira to the public. Archie, who was born with very rare white fur, has quickly turned out to be an absolute favorite in the Australian zoo. TV broadcasts and newspaper reports have made Archie known throughout Australia. Today, Archie is still the star of the Australia Zoo and the favorite of all visitors. The Royal Australian Mint has celebrated his first birthday and great popularity by creating a strictly limited commemorative silver coin - with a mini mintage of only 3,000 coins - in the classic 1 Ounce format. The silver coin, in the original blister card of the Royal Australian Mint, was very popular directly after the initial presentation in Australia. The motive of the "white dingo" was produced by the Australian Mint in the quality "Frosted Uncirculated". The elaborate minting technique makes the motive of the cute dingo look very detailed and realistic while also underlining the exclusivity of this unique special edition.
