### Wildlife (3.) - Frilled Neck Lizard 1 Oz Gold - Proof - Third Issue of the "Wildlife" Series - 99.99% Gold - Motive with Platinum Plating - Strictly limited mintage only 150 pieces - With Certificate of Authenticity - Delivery in original wooden Box The third issue of the Australian **Wildlife Series** is dedicated to the **Frilled neck lizard** (Chlamydosaurus kingii). Together with kangaroos and koalas, these lizards belong to Australia's landmarks. They can reach a length of up to 95 cm and, as the name suggests, are distinguished by their characteristic collar. It consists of a skin membrane on the neck, which can be set up as a threatening gesture in case of danger and makes the lizard appear considerably larger. The motive of the gold coin depicts the changeable lizard with a taut collar and wide open mouth. The coin is characterized by a platinum coating, which creates an exciting contrast and pays tribute to the exclusivity of the coin. The reverse shows the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. - The inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "NIUE 2020", "100 DOLLARS" as well as the weight and fineness are also included in the design. The coin was struck from 1 ounce of 99.99% pure gold. The strictly limited gold coin is delivered in the original wooden box including a certificate of authenticity.
