The four coins were struck by the **Perth Mint** from 1, 1/2, 1/4 and 1/10 ounces of 99.99% pure gold in proof quality. The motive of each coin features the classic artistry of a bounding Red Kangaroo surrounded by stylized rays of sunlight. On the left side is the mint mark "P125", which refers to the 125th anniversary of the Australian mint. The inscription "AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO", the year of issue "2024", the weight and the fineness are also included in the coin design. The reverse of all coins feature the Dan Thorne portrait of King Charles III and the denomination. The mintage is strictly limited to only 199 sets worldwide. The **2024 kangaroo gold proof set** is delivered in the original box including a numbered certificate of authenticity.
