From 1768 to 1771 James Cook made his first voyage of discovery with this sailing ship of the British Navy. The uncirculated gold coin shows a picture of the Endeavour on the high seas and a compass in the background. The motive is framed by the inscriptions 'NAUTICAL OUNCE', '2018', '1 oz FINE GOLD 999' and 'HMS Endeavour'. The value side of this coin shows the coat of arms of Rwanda and the nominal.
