Darth Vader™ (Anakin Skywalker) is one of the main characters in STAR WARS™. He was originally considered to be the chosen Jedi, who would resolve the imbalance of powers. However he joined the dark side and became the Sith Lord Darth Vader™. The antagonist's most famous scene is when he reveals his true identity and past to his son Luke Skywalker, one of the most important rebels, with his statement: "Luke, I am your father!" - The coin design includes the inscription '1 oz 9999 Fine Gold', the copyright of Lucasfilm™ Ltd. and the logo of the New Zealand Mint. The reverse features the Ian Rank Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions 'ELIZABETH II', 'NIUE', '250 DOLLARS' and '2020'.
