### British Music Legends (1.) - Queen 1 Oz Gold - Uncirculated - 1st Issue of the series "British Music Legends" - Premium Bullion Coin - 99.99% Gold - Delivery in Capsule - Limited Mintage only 2,500 pieces The new Royal Mint series celebrates the music legends of Great Britain. The first issue is dedicated to the **London-based rock band Queen**. Famous for songs such as "Bohemian Rhapsody", "We Will Rock You" and "Don't Stop Me Now", Queen are among the most successful artists in the world with an estimated 300 million records sold. Among the founding members were Freddie Mercury, Brian May, John Deacon and Roger Taylor. In 2001 Queen was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In 2018 they were featured in the film "Bohemian Rhapsody". The motive of the coin depicts the iconic instruments of all four original band members and the band's name. On closer inspection, it can be seen that the pressed down keys of the Bechstein™ grand piano are moving to the opening notes of the Bohemian Rhapsody intro. The reverse of the coin shows the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the denomination "100 Pounds". The strictly limited **gold bullion coin** was struck by the Royal Mint from one ounce 99.99% pure gold and is delivered in a protecting capsule.
