Following the mouse, the Ox is the second animal in the Chinese Zodiac calendar. The second issue of the **12-year Lunar III series** features an image of an Ox between bamboo stems. Also included in the design are the Chinese character for "Ox", the inscription "OX 2021" and the traditional mintmark "P" of the Perth Mint. Oxen possess an enormous amount of work force and are the oldest documented draft animals, which are used in agriculture and other fields. Those born under the sign of the Chinese ox are considered friendly, intelligent, honest and reliable. They are characterized by a high work ethic, logical thinking and composure.
