The 2023-dated Black Bull of Clarence UK Crown, from the Royal Tudor Beasts series. The symbolic Black Bull is the fourth of ten statues found outside Hampton Court and also holds a place in the popular Queen's Beasts series of UK coins. For the 2023 edition, David Lawrence crafted the fierce bull with gold hooves and horns. The Tudor Rose adorns the shield that accompanies the beast. On the obverse side is an effigy of Charles III, designed by Martin Lawrence. This Tudor Beasts version of the Black Bull of Clarence is struck in 28.28 grams of cupronickel to brilliant uncirculated standard. The collectable presentation folder includes an anatomical overview of this Hampton Court beast while encapsulating the coin for display. The 2023 Black Bull of Clarence Crown is no longer available new and is offered here in very good pre-owned condition.
