Queen’s Beast Ten Ounce Silver Greyhound
Description Queen’s Beast Ten Ounce Silver Greyhound of Richmond is dated 2022 and was the final of ten designs in the Royal Mints: Queen’s Beast bullion range. This range is in recognition of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, when she surpassed Queen Victoria as the longest reigning Monarch on the 9th September 2015. These will feature the ten heraldic beasts that stood guard at Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation. The original casts are now held in the Canadian Museum of History in Quebec. This coin captures the greyhound’s power and elegance. The red rose of Lancaster and the white rose of York (The Tudor rose) is a symbol of how Henry VII united the two. The greyhound is a symbol of honour. These coins are preowned. These coins benefit from being Capital Gains Tax (CGT) Free. All UK gold and silver bullion coins manufactured by the Royal Mint are legal tender and are exempt from Capital Gains Tax.
