Description The quarter ounce pure gold Queen’s Beast Greyhound is the tenth and final design in the in the Royal Mints: Queen’s Beast bullion range. This range is in recognition of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, when she surpassed Queen Victoria as the longest reigning Monarch on the 9th September 2015. These will feature the ten heraldic beasts that stood guard at Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation. The original casts are now held in the Canadian Museum of History in Quebec. This coin captures the greyhound’s power and elegance and is a fitting finale for this very popular series. The red rose of Lancaster and the white rose of York (The Tudor rose) is a symbol of how Henry VII united the two factions. The greyhound itself is a symbol of honour. These coins benefit from being Capital Gains Tax (CGT) Free and VAT free. All UK gold and silver bullion coins manufactured by the Royal Mint are legal tender and are exempt from Capital Gains Tax. All of the gold coins that we sell are verified for authenticity by our experienced team. Any coins that fall short of our quality standards are not re-sold. As members of the [BNTA](http://www.bnta.net/) we ensure that our reputation as a reputable dealer of gold and silver coins and bars is upheld, whether a purchase is for our “best price” or brand new coins.
