The coin differs between matte and mirrored/frosted finishing. The reverse of the coin features the iconic Kookaburra as the focus, settled on a tree branch, surrounded by leaves and the date of issue. The obverse of the coin features the portrait of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
