Description Slabbed Two Ounce Gold Proof 007 (PF70 ULTRA CAMEO) dated 2020. There was a grading system from the 1940s that ascribed a number between 1 and 70 to each coin (70 being mint condition). Dr William Sheldon’s scale worked on the basis that a coin graded at 70 would be valued at 70 times more than the value of a coin graded at 1. This scale forms the basis of the grading system today. **PF** denotes Proof coins. **ULTRA CAMEO** means that the fields are deeply mirrored and the devices are heavily frosted for bold contrast on both sides of the coin. This Proof two ounce gold coin, was the first release of three coins from the James Bond series made by the Royal Mint. The coin features the Aston Martin DB5, created by Matt Dent and Christian Davies along with the iconic introduction line ‘Bond, James Bond’. Micro-text is included within the 007 motif, within the micro-text you can see the names of the first 25 James Bond films. If you collect all three coins they will reveal a hidden title. Two coins followed, ‘Pay Attention 007’ and ‘Shaken Not Stirred’. The coin has a limited-edition presentation of 250. These coins benefit from being Capital Gains Tax (CGT) Free and VAT free.
