The memorial design commemorates the celebrated reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth III. Her Majesty was committed to serving the British people and the commonwealth and was the longest-reigning monarch. Elizabeth II acceded to the throne in 1952 and reigned for 70 years. On 8th September of 2022, she sadly passed away at Balmoral Castle. The reverse of the coins feature a highly detailed coat of arms.
