The updated design features a rendering of the Royal Arms which now includes the Tudor Crown, but retains the iconic inscription 'DIEU ET MON DROIT', which translates to 'GOD AND MY RIGHT'. Details of the coin's weight, fineness and the year-date are also shown around the edge of the coin. The coin also includes a secure, linear background texture.
