The 2026 UK The Royal Arms 1oz Gold Coin marks the first time that the Royal Arms of His Majesty King Charles II has appeared on a bullion coin. The updated design features a rendering of the Royal Arms which now includes the Tudor Crown, but retains the iconic inscription 'DIEU ET MON DROIT', which translates to 'GOD AND MY RIGHT'. Details of the coin's weight, fineness and the year-date are also shown around the edge of the coin. The coin also includes a secure, linear background texture. The obverse of the Royal Arms 1oz Gold Coin bears a portrait of King Charles III designed by Martin Jennings, along with the monetary denomination of 100 pounds. - Contains 1 troy ounce of 999.9 fine gold. - Manufactured by The Royal Mint. - Struck to a bullion finish. - VAT free and Capital Gains Tax exempt. - Diameter: 32.69mm. - Maximum coin mintage of 5,000. - Supplied in a plastic coin flip. - Multiples of 10 will be supplied in original tubes from The Royal Mint. - Multiples of 100 will be supplied in an original Monster Box from The Royal Mint. The Royal Arms is an enduring emblem that has signified royalty and strength for centuries, and the Royal Arms bullion coin celebrates centuries of British royal lineage and history. This interpretation of the Arms is designed by heraldic artist Timothy Noad. As an official partner of The Royal Mint, we purchase these coins directly from The Royal Mint in Llantrisant, South Wales. UK Government assurance of weight and purity.
