### **Sobek 2 oz Ultra High Relief Silver Round .999 Fine** This intricately designed **Sobek 2 oz Ultra High Relief Silver Round .999 Fine** is the third release in the Egyptian God series, following the already quite popular releases of the Cleopatra and Anubis rounds. Sobek is the ancient Egyptian god of strength and power, often depicted as a crocodile, or as a man with the head of a crocodile. This 2 oz round has a limited mintage of only 12,500 pieces. The obverse of the round features the Egyptian god Sobek, standing with crossed arms and wearing the Hemhem crown set on ram horns. A contemporary rendering of the Nile River with plants growing from the soil are shown behind him to symbolize fertility. The Egyptian hieroglyphs are seen on the right side. The reverse displays a crocodile, perched atop the table with fish and waves motifs, symbolizing the Nile river. An iconic pyramid and a wall with hieroglyphs can be seen behind the crocodile. Inscriptions on the bottom of the table include weight, purity and metal type. If you have any questions regarding this product, please contact our customer service representatives.
