### **2007 2 oz Gold Lunar Year of The Pig Perth Mint (Series I) NGC MS 66** The 2007 Year of the Pig Gold coin is graded by NGC as Mint State 66 - a coin that has an above average quality of strike and full original mint luster. This is the last release of the Series I 12-Coin series, spanning the years 1996 - 2007, an exclusive Year of the Pig coin from Perth Mint containing 2 troy oz of .9999 pure 24-karat gold. Australian Lunar collector coins have been sought after around the world ever since the series began with the 1996 Year of the Mouse release. With this 2007 Year of the Pig coins, all 12 animals associated with the ancient lunar calendar are now represented in 99.99% pure gold. This release of the 2007 2 oz coin has a **limited mintage of only 3,613!** The 2007 Year of the Pig features an image of a piglet standing in some water with rocks, surrounded by the traditional beaded border. The inscriptions include the Chinese character for pig within the right field and the date within the left field. An indication of the precious metal weight and purity appears below. As typical, the portrait of Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley appears on the obverse of the coin with inscriptions “Australia” and “Elizabeth II” along with the “200 DOLLARS″ denomination. The date range for this Year of the pig ran from January 31, 1995 to February 18, 2006. According to Chinese Astrology, those born under the influence of this sign are believed to be diligent, compassionate, and generous. They have great concentration: once they set a goal, they will devote all their energy to achieving it. Like all of our other gold coins, this one is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Item will be wrapped and packaged safe for delivery. **More item like this:** [1995 1 oz Chinese Lunar Year of the Pig 10 Yuan Proof Silver Coin NGC PF 68 UCAM](file:///1995-1-oz-chinese-lunar-year-of-the-pig-10-yuan-proof-silver-coin-ngc-pf-68) [1935 10 Yuan Farmers Bank of China Currency Note PMG UNC 63](file:///1935-10-yuan-farmers-bank-of-china-currency-note-pmg-unc-63) [1921 China Shih Kai Silver Dollar L&M-79 NGC XF Details](file:///1921-china-shih-kai-silver-dollar-l-m-79-ngc-xf-details)
