No hairlines or scuff marks are visible. Eye appeal is exceptional. This coin is made up of 1 troy oz of .9999 fine gold and is the third release of the Series I 12-Coin Lunar Series. The reverse design features a dramatic depiction of a tiger poised for a leap with its teeth bared in a grassy field. The Chinese character for “Tiger” appears over to the left side above the date with the precious metal weight and purity shown below the grassy field. The obverse design of the coin featured the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, which was the official portrait in use at the time.
