German 20 Mark
Description German 20 Mark coins were minted at the time of the German Empire, the largest and most powerful state of the German Empire being Prussia, these coins are marked as Prussian coins. They were released between 1888 and 1913 as Wilhelm II coins, and were legal tender coins. German 20 Mark were the standard gold coins since 1871, they also produced 10 mark and 5 mark gold coins. These coins feature a portrait Wilhelm II on the obverse and the reverse of the coin shows an Eagle and Germany’s coat of arms.
