Austrian 10 Corona
Description Austrian 10 Corona gold coins are made by the Austrian Mint. These coins date back to 1982 and along with the 20 Corona, they replaced the Gulden. The Austrian 10 Corona coins were struck every year from 1982 up until 1912. The final one marked Emperor Franz Joseph I birthday. The coins were reintroduced in 1916, following the death of the Emperor, they do however bear the 1912 commemorative date. The reverse of the coin features the Austrian Coat of Arms and the Imperial Eagle. The obverse of the coin features the portrait of Franz Joseph I along with Latin stating the King of Austria and Hungary. All of our gold coins are verified for authenticity by our experienced team. Any coins that fall short of our quality standards are not re-sold.
