2001 Britannia One Ounce Silver Bullion Carded Coin
Low mintage 2001 silver bullion Britannia, supplied in the original Royal Mint packaging. Just 44,816 one-ounce Britannias were issued in 2001, making this early addition to the Britannia series particularly collectable. These coins feature a distinctive one-year-only reverse, used only in 2001 and designed by Philip Nathan. This engraving is a departure from his classic standing Britannia motif and shows the warrior goddess accompanied by a lion in a nod to historic British coinage. The vertical text adds a modern touch. The obverse shows Ian Rank-Broadley's regal portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. 2001 Britannias are struck in one troy ounce of 958 'Britannia silver' and feature a high-shine bullion finish. This edition comes in the original presentation card, which includes a built-in coin holder. System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String] System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String]
