Collectable 2000 silver bullion Britannia in the original Royal Mint presentation card. This one-ounce coin is an early issue in the silver Britannia series, which the UK's national mint started in 1998, following the success of the gold Britannia. Fans of the series will recognise the classic standing Britannia motif, created by sculptor Philip Nathan and used across most of the bullion releases. His design shows the warrior goddess and personification of the British Isles standing strong against the wind, a trident, shield and olive branch in her hands. Nathan's Britannia is paired on this millennium coin with Ian Rank-Broadley's distinguished portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. This 2000-dated coin is struck in one troy ounce of .958 Britannia silver with a distinctive reverse frosted appearance. It's supplied in the original card packaging, which includes a built-in holder. A key addition to any Britannia collection.
