2007 Britannia Four Coin Silver Proof Set
Four-coin silver proof 2007 Britannia sets, featuring One Ounce, Half Ounce, Quarter Ounce and Tenth Ounce coins struck by The Royal Mint. 2007 Britannias feature a one-off reverse design created by Christopher Le Brun. Le Brun's Britannia may be seated but she's still guarding our shores. She looks out to sea in front of the White Cliffs of Dover, a sailing ship in the distance. Leaning against a tree she holds her trident in one hand, an olive branch in the other with her Union Jack shield propped at her side. The lion of England is seated at her feet. This special design is paired with Ian Rank-Broadley's portrait of Queen Elizabeth II which is shown on the obverse of each of the four coins in these sets. All struck in 95.8% silver, these proof Britannias offer 57.50 grams of pure silver between them. Just 2,500 sets of this type were issued by the UK's national mint in this year. We are offering these sets in their original presentation packaging which consists of a green leather-effect box with silver lettering. The coins themselves are enclosed in individual capsules and come with a certificate of authenticity. Please note that these 2007-dated silver Britannia sets are pre-owned. Like many older Royal Mint silver coins these proof pieces may display toning, also known as tarnishing. System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String] System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String]
