A BUnc Five Pound Crown: part of the Music Legends series from the Royal Mint. This 2022 edition celebrates a hugely successful British band - the Rolling Stones - on their 60th Anniversary. On the reverse the renowned rock 'n' rollers are shown spotlighted mid-performance to the familiar sight of an adoring crowd. Designer Hannah Phizacklea includes the band name in the iconic 1973 font, as well as the landmark dates this £5 coin celebrates. Jody Clark's depiction of the late Queen Elizabeth II, the last coinage portrait of her reign, is to be found on the obverse of this British coin. This pre-owned commemorative Crown holds a face value of £5 and is struck in 28.28 grams of cupronickel alloy to the Mint's BU finish. True to the series title, this 38.61 millimetre coin is a vibrant opportunity to celebrate a true legend of British music.
