These unsearched, cull / circulated **90% silver Barber Dimes** are being sold by the $5 face value coin roll (50 dimes). These coins contain approximately .715 troy oz of pure silver for each $1 face value, which varies slightly based on the amount of wear on each coin. Barber Dimes were minted from 1892 to 1916 and are named for designer Charles E. Barber. The design was shared with the quarter and half-dollar of the same period. The Barber dime features an image of Liberty on the obverse wearing a Phrygian cap, a laurel wreath with a ribbon, and a headband with the inscription “LIBERTY”. The reverse contains a wreath design encircling the inscription “ONE DIME”.
